Something is cooking at Fernwood
A unique Connemara dining experience
Every Thursday evening until end of May we will be hosting a very special evening celebrating local food in our lovingly restored Booley.
Katie Sanderson, Jasper O’Connor and friends will be putting together a seasonal menu built around some of the best ingredients we can get our hands on from local growers and suppliers. Think generous, home-cooked sharing plates and perhaps sometimes sharing tables! The menu will likely feature Fernwood Farm lamb, or local beef and some tasty seafood. Alongside seasonal veggies and homemade breads.
The idea? 30 guests, shared tables, shared food — we’d love for you to taste it all.
With that in mind, and because we are only doing one night a week with one sitting, we are not able to cater for veggies and vegans.
(But please keep an eye on future events or sign up for our newsletter — we might have some fully plant loving menus at some stage)
It’s BYOB, so bring something you love to drink.
